What are Day Night Blinds?
Day night blinds are a type of window treatment that can control the amount of light entering a room. They consist of two layers of fabric, one sunscreen blind and one blockout blind (or sheer blind), that are connected by a series of horizontal bands.
When the blinds are opened, the light-coloured fabric is visible, allowing sunlight to enter the room. However, when the blockout roller blinds are closed, the dark-coloured fabric is visible, blocking out most of the light.
As a result, day night blinds can be used to create a variety of lighting effects, from bright and sunny to dim and atmospheric. In addition, they can help to reduce energy costs by keeping the heat in during the winter and out during the summer.
